7th Annual Caldwell Blues in the Park - Caldwell Memorial Park
Saturday, August 14, 2004 - 12:00 - 9:00 PM

We can't believe it's been going seven years now!  Where did the time go?  In our 7th year we featured Quarter To Blue with guest Jake Blair - a 17-year-old blues phenomena at the time.  Other bands were Too Loud MacLeod & the Silencers out of Baker City, OR; the John Nemeth Band of Boise, ID; Hank Stamp & The Boise Big Band (an 18-piece band that has a jazz take on the blues), and Boise's fun dance band, Walter Ego with special guest Larry Conklin - a mean slide guitarist!

Our sixth year sponsors included:  Pepsi, KTRV Fox 12, Intermountain Gas Company, City of Caldwell, Guitar Center of Boise, Thorne Printing, Printcraft, Franklin Building Supply, The Idaho Press Tribune, La Quinta Inn, Mr. V's Restaurant, Woody's Outdoor Power, Crow's American Motorcycle Repair, Gig's Music Boise, Bennett Chiropractic, Pioneer Title Company, Acapulco, Gem In & Out, Caldwell Travel Service, Superior Signs & Screenprinting, Les Schwab, Poverty Flats Bison Ranch, White, Peterson, Pruss, Morrow & Gigray, Remax West-Debbie Lasher, Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, Christensen Jackson & Miller, The Hartwell Corporation, United Muffler & Brake, Inc., Eagle 96.9 FM, and Carpenter Screen Printing.

Guitar Center donated a Squire Electric Guitar for our main door prize.

Tickets were $10.00 at the Door.  Kids 11 & under free.  Once again the ticket price included free swimming at the Caldwell public swimming pool.
